Stage 1
Our property consultants begin the purchase process. They liaise with you to find out exactly what you are looking for in your Spanish property and then shortlist property for sale that will suit your needs. FREE OF CHARGE

Stage 2
Once you have visited our property for sale, identified the one for you, the property will be surveyed and any defects identified, with recommendations made by our building surveyors.FREE OF CHARGE

Stage 3
Our lawyers carry out all the necessary legal searches on the property. Once we know that all the results are clear and that you can proceed, our lawyers continue with the conveyancing process and represent you through to completion on the property sale before the Notary - FREE OF CHARGE.
